Article 6 Union Membership – 6.02b) For the purposes of Article 6.02 a), a thirty (30) minute meeting is provided in a convenient, confidential location between a new Employee and her/his union delegate or in her/his absence, the delegate’s replacement. This meeting must take place between the first (1st) and the fifth (5th) working day of the new Employee. The scheduling of this meeting will be arranged with the supervising librarian concerned.
